Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened. Add Meatless Farm Mince and cook for 5 mins. Add the soy sauce, herbs, chopped tomatoes and tomato puree and simmer for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta to pack instructions.
Spoon half of the mince mixture into the bottom of a large baking dish, top with the cooked pasta, then add the remaining mince mix. Add your chosen toppings, such as cheese and cherry tomatoes, and bake for approx 15 mins.
Serve with a watercress, cucumber, avocado and tomato salad, topped with balsamic glaze.
